What we collect

• Beta signup emails. If you join the parent beta, you enter your name and email on our signup form (hosted by Kit, the email service we use). That is the address your 5 free drills and beta notes go to.
• Notes you send us. Booking requests and contact messages open in your own email app, addressed to us. We keep what you send — parent name, email, sport, age band, and your message — so we can reply and match coaches.
• Basic server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting records standard technical details of each visit (pages requested, IP address, browser type) for security and to see which drills get read.

What we never collect

• No payments — nothing is sold or billed on this site today, and no card numbers ever touch it.
• No athlete accounts or passwords — there is nothing for a child to sign into.
• No videos or photos of your athletes — there is no upload feature.
• No advertising trackers — we don't run ads, and we don't sell or rent email addresses. Ever.

How we use what you send us

Beta emails are used to send beta drills and updates. Booking and contact notes are used to answer you. Server logs are used to keep the site secure and to decide which drills to improve. Nothing is used to target advertising at you or your kids.

Who else sees it

Two services help us run this: Kit hosts the beta signup form (and may set its own cookies on its pages when you sign up), and our email inbox receives what you send. If you ask us to connect you with a coach, we share the booking details you provided with that coach so they can respond. Otherwise your information stays with us.

Parents and kids

This site is written for parents and coaches. Athlete names are never required — an age band and a sport are enough to book. If you included something in a note that you'd like removed, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices

Every beta email carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately. To have your signup or a note you sent deleted outright, email bill@aitoolsfortoday.com from the address you used and ask — we will confirm deletion by reply.

Changes to this policy

If this ever changes — for example, if uploads or paid plans launch — we will update the date at the top of this page and describe anything new here first, in plain language, before it goes live.
